COORDINATING COMMITTEES (NCC)
USA & CANADA.

"The RCC-North America has two National Coordinating Committees (NCCs). The focal point of the NCC-USA is the close to 50 million Black people that live in the de facto African nation that exist within the confines of the United States of America. The focal point of the NCC-Canada is the 1.5 million Black people living in Canada. The prime directive of the NCCs is building a National PAFM Coalition of national Black/African organizations, in the USA and Canada, in preparation for the First Pan African Federalist Congress in 2027. A secondary concern of the NCCs is working with the Secretary- General of the RCC-North America in building viable State and Local Coordinating Committees in locations that have a large presence of Black/African people."
